All Town of Cornwall flags will remain lowered at half-staff through September 11th. It has been twenty long years, and we are still feeling the impact of those tragic events. This just might be the time to begin to heal our nation. In memory of those who lost their life on and since September 11, 2001 and all our brave men and women in uniform who have honorably and proudly served our great nation in two wars over the past twenty years, we salute you and show our respect through this tribute. A heartfelt welcome home to all members of our armed forces and we thank all our Veterans and first responders for their service and sacrifices made for our country.
