TOWN OF CORNWALL NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Cornwall will be held on Tuesday August 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at Cornwall, Town Hall, 183 Main Street, Cornwall, New York.  The purpose of this special meeting will be to: i) enter into executive session pursuant to Public Officers Law Section 105(1)(f) to discuss the employment history of a particular person and matters leading to the reappointment and continued employment of said person.  No other business of the Board will be conducted other than the potential approval of an employment contract for said person.  No public comment will be taken at said special meeting.
