NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Cornwall will be held on Monday September 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at Cornwall, Town Hall, 183 Main Street, Cornwall, New York. The purpose of this special meeting will be to: i) enter into executive session pursuant to Public Officers Law Section 105(1)(f) to interview candidates for the position of Town Chief of Police; and ii) introduce a Local Law modifying the residency requirements of the Town Chief of Police and setting a public hearing for said Local Law. No other business of the Board will be conducted at said meeting and no public comment will be taken.
