Parking Restrictions for Sunday, October 8th – Fall Festival

On Sunday October 8th 2023, in support of the Fall Festival, the following road closures will be in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Main Street will be closed to all traffic between the traffic circle and Hazen Street.
There will be no parking on Main Street, Torrey Lane, or Willow Avenue between Main Street and Broadway.
Side streets in the surrounding area will have parking restricted to one side of the street.

Please keep in mind that vehicles remaining on Main Street during this time will be subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Columbus Day Holiday Pickup Schedule

The Highway and Sanitation Departments will be closed on Monday, October 9th, in observance of Columbus Day. There will be no trash or recycling pickups on that day. Recycling will have to be held for pick up on the following Monday, October 16th 2023.
District 2 will only have trash pickup on Thursday of that week, October 12th. Any questions or concerns please call the Highway Dept. @ 845.534.2171. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Special Joint VCOH/TOC Board Meeting - 9/21/23

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson Board of Trustees and the Town of Cornwall Board will hold a Special Joint Meeting on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., at 325 Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY 12520 to discuss the master plan put forth by Pitingaro & Doetsch Consulting Engineers, P.C. for the water system and to address any other business that might come before the Board.

Labor Day Pickup Schedule
