They will begin flushing in the Town on April 6th thru the 14th and in the Village from April 15th thru April 24th. Firthcliffe Heights Water District Residents - Hydrant Flushing Notice The Town of New Windsor Water Department will begin flushing fire hydrants on Monday, September 19, 2022 and continue through Friday, October 7, 2022. Town residents and Stewart Airport occupants as well as the Firthcliffe Heights section of Cornwall may experience some water discoloration and low water pressure during this time.
